The beauty part about this amazing body is, even after years of abuse, ignored, mistreated and misunderstood, your body will fight for you like nothing else and no one else can. When you attend to it the right way, it has the ability to rejuvenate and restore from the most extreme conditions and diseases. When we connect to our bodies; truly listen to it, and give it the nourishment it’s yearning for, everything changes. True miracles happen.
