Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for baked salmon:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillet.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill on top of the salmon.
